Nowhere is there currently a better example of MLC Ceramic Machinery’s continuing export success than at Churchill China in the UK, one of the world’s foremost hospitality ceramics producers. Having looked closely at MLC’s design portfolio, and having visited the factory near Alcobaça, Portugal, on more than one occasion, the production management team at Churchill placed multiple orders.
Churchill China, with a tradition of ceramics manufacture stretching back nearly 230 years, has continued with its investment in leading manufacturing technology to maintain an optimum production environment, in line with its reputation for design-led, extremely durable, high-performance ceramics for the hospitality industry.
These are just a few of the orders that have been picked up across Europe in recent months by MLC Ceramic Machinery, consolidating its position as a respected innovator in the area of ceramic production systems. The company will take on everything from individual machines to full turnkey projects.
“We are delighted to be working once again with Churchill China, a world leader in ceramic tableware production,” commented MLC Area Sales Manager, Steve Lunt, “and it’s testimony to the strength of our technical abilities and customer support that they have shown such confidence in placing these orders with us. This is all part of a remarkable export success story for MLC Ceramic Machinery. Just three years ago, exports were just a marginal part of the business – now they account for 50% of sales.”
Manufacturers from all across the world will be able to discuss their upcoming projects in detail with the MLC Ceramic Machinery team at this year’s Ceramitec exhibition (9-12 April 2024, Munich, Germany).
MLC Ceramic Machinery will exhibit in Hall A6 on Stand 220.
